We've embarked on the rather slow process of a one-man job of concreting the driveway to give Bob easier access in and out the property - whether walking, wheel chairing, or on his mobility scooter.  Simon, our contractor, did the second pour of concrete today. There are another four more of these to go (roughly one a week) until he hits the actual driveway... and from the next pour it is going to start to get tricky getting a vehicle in and out the property between digging down, boxing up for the concrete pour, and not driving on newly laid concrete.

Today's resultant wet and muddy grey concrete puddle, which seems to be a Shanti-the-dog magnet, did not help my sky-high stress levels as I attempted to work amidst chaos and calls for my attention.
